App: Ushanka Hat
Developers: Stanislav Britanishskii, Böblinger Straße 189, 70199 Stuttgart, Germany; Dmitrii Kovalenko, Oppenhoffallee 83, 52066 Aachen, Germany
Delete in the app
- Open Ushanka Hat and go to Settings.
- In the Account section, tap Delete account.
- Confirm the dialog. You may be asked to sign in again (Apple, Google, or your password) to confirm that it is you.
Delete in the web version
- Open https://ushanka-hat.com/play/ and sign in with the same account.
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
- Confirm the dialog and sign in again if asked. A browser window opens for this; allow pop-ups if it is blocked.
Request deletion without the app
If you cannot open the app, send an e-mail to
britanishskii.games@gmail.com from which we can identify you
(state how you sign in - Apple, Google or e-mail and password - and the name or e-mail shown in your account).
We will delete the account within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in account (sign-in identifier, display name and e-mail address held by Firebase Authentication; for e-mail accounts also the password hash). If you signed in with Apple, the app also revokes the Apple token; in the web version this is not possible, you can remove the app in your Apple ID settings under "Sign in with Apple".
- The account record on our server: your user ID, the date it was created, the date of last use and the word packs you bought (if any). It contains no e-mail address, password or name.
What is kept longer
- Error messages of the server in the system journal (may contain the IP address): 7 days. The web server writes no access log.
No other data with a statutory retention obligation is kept at present.
- Backup copies of our account database are kept for at most 14 days; after that the deleted record is gone from the backups too.
Game settings stored only on your device (language, theme, player name) are not part of the account;
they are removed when you uninstall the app.

Was gelöscht wird
Was länger gespeichert bleibt
Spieleinstellungen, die nur auf deinem Gerät liegen (Sprache, Design, Spielername), gehören nicht zum Konto;
sie werden beim Deinstallieren der App entfernt.
